Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help you with an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (or delivery for online orders) to return an eligible item.
- Remedy: We offer an exchange for a different product or size, or store credit for the full purchase price. We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds.

Eligibility Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Exceptions: Sale items and discounted products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Other common non-returnable items include personalized goods, perishable items, or items for hygiene reasons like swimwear or earrings).
